The Fresh Roast System
True coffee flavor and aroma only develop during the actual roasting process. Different types of coffee require different roasts to bring out their richest flavor. The Fresh Roast technology allows us to automatically adjust the roasting time and temperature for each batch of beans so they can reach the peak flavor and desired roast. The Fresh Roast System consists of an in-store coffee roaster and a centralized computer-controlled operational support system that manages the daily roasting recipes and programming of each machine. It allows operators to roast superb coffee anywhere in the world, without special training or expertise.
